just found the site and i hope to learn as much as i can from it

i just aquired a 1989 jeep cherokee pioneer 4dr 4x4 with the 4.0L I6 and 5spd tranny

its a bit rough and the gas gauge doesnt work, also needs a new ign. since the key was lost, goin to try to get it to pass smog with a set of plugs and a seafoam treatment, after that ill work on fixing it up and putting a set of tires on it and driving it
