Hi, my name is Josh and I am new to the forum and somewhat new to the Jeep world. My buddies have always had Wranglers so I have been around them enough to know I like them. I just recently got my grandpa's 1993 XJ after he passed earlier this year.
I am going to dedicate the project to him since it is bone stock and we always talked about making it a weekend warrior before he passed. Right now I am putting in a new radiator, water pump, thermostat, etc. but plan on rattle can painting it with Krylon Desert Tan, adding a lift(undecided), tires, roof rack(purchased material today) and maybe bumpers. Other then that I want to keep it stock inside other then the CB I installed last week.
Are there any AZ guys/gals around that meet and just BS and go over ideas, help each other out, etc. I can alwasy use some advice since I don't have really any experience with fab stuff etc.
Anyway, like the site.
