My first jeep I bought a basket case

I recently bought a 96 Cherokee with a bad motor, The previous owner had tore the head and everything around the block loose, now im having fun trying to figure out where everything goes back to the new motor. I drove this jeep before it broke down and its a mountain goat crossed with a tank. Im very excited to get it back on the road but feeling overwhelmed, there are many wires with loop connectors on the end and i have no clue where they go, could they all be grounds? I have looked around online to figure this out but cant seem to find the right diagram. If anybody has any idea or advice please let me know

some maybe grounds others maybe for the starter alt. ect. I'd send you a map of the wiring but I don't have one. Can you post pics?
