Default My first Cherokee and 4x4!!!

So I just got this beauty two days ago. I'll admit it was love at first sight! I finally got a chance to clean her up tonight so here's some obligatory shots.

The tires are shot so those are getting replaced with either BFG A/T TA KO's or Cooper Discoverer ST's tomorrow. The a/c compressor was removed because the clutch was shot so I'm buying one of those as well tomorrow and having the system charged. The headliner is sagging but I have a friend who's done headliners before so he's going to fix that for me next weekend. I guess the only thing right now that I'm curious on is the track bar. There's a lot of steering wheel play so my tire guy and I took turns turning the wheel and the bushing looks loose. I'm assuming I'd be best of just replacing it all together? There's also a 3.5" Pro Comp lift with leaf packs. The Moab's have 245/75/R16's and I honestly like that size. The XJ also has a flowmaster exhaust and an aFe cold air intake. I guess that's it. Good to be here!

Sweet jeep man!! Welcome to the forum. for the track bar, if your going to replace, upgrade to an Adj. track bar. Also are you 2WD?

It's a 4x4. The kid that I bought it from had removed almost all the badges (the Cherokee is there, but Classic isn't). Thanks for the welcome!

Welcome from Wisconsin. Nice XJ. I have the Cooper Discoverer ST, and love them.

Thanks guys. Tomorrow the A/C compressor goes in, and some El Dorado MTZ Sports go on. I'll let everyone know how I feel about the tire. I researched it a bit and the price was right.
