Default Max Tire Size

1991 Cherokee with new front shocks, stock replacement rear springs and shocks, no lift. What is the biggest tire that I can put on my 15" wheels? I don't do a lot of off the road. I bought this Cherokee to get back and forth to work on icy backroads (and the occasional snow here in Texas).

I have a brand new set of BF Goodrich All Terrain KO2 in 30X9.5 R15 with 20 year old sagging springs (coil and leaf) and the fronts only rub the lower control arms when turning all the way to lock. As for biggest fitting without rub I'm not sure.
