i've been researching a little trying to figure out exactly what i want and i've come to a 3" lift with 31" tires with black rims on my white cherokee. the issue i have is the lift. i've seen both packages where it comes with an " add a leaf" suspension or just getting new leaf springs, so my question is, would it be better if i got the package with the new leaf springs or is it pretty promising to just get the add a leaf package and get the same amount of lift? i'd like to save $200 if i can.

 

welcome, what year XJ? and i'd do the new rear springs most times the factory springs are shot

Welcome to CF. I'd go with the full springs too. Your old tired springs won't give you what you want with an add-a-leaf. Or it won't last.

X2 ol'blue the stock leafs are known to sag and they will just kill the add a leaf.
