I just joined, found a picture of a blown 4.0 on facebook and here I am. I'm a 40+ year ASE Master Certified Technician. I used to own a large repair facility but ended up having to sell it after my MS (Multiple Sclerosis) took out my left side. Now I work part time out of a shop I built in my barn (designed to accommodate my electric scooter) . I still have NUMEROUS contacts in the industry and access to FULL repair details on ALL vehicles, color wiring diagrams, labor times, etc. I'd be glad to help anyone with questions or needs! Yesterday I found a 1995 Grand Cherokee that has been parked in a garage for 12 years (due to a blown heater core). Bought it for $500.00! BEAUTIFUL condition, fired up with a jump box and drove it onto the trailer (after the brakes broke loose). HATE the heater core job but, for the money/condition, I couldn't pass it up! I've got 6 boys driving and can always use a spare vehicle (especially here in deer country). Anyway, thanks for letting me join. I AM currently looking for a 4.0 for a 03 Grand Cherokee somewhere near central Wisconsin!
