Is there a way to change the name of a thread I created? Or a way to change my profile name?

Changing the name of a thread you start, I honestly don't know, never tried doing that on one of mine.
As for your User Profile Name, from a standard user on here, I would say no. Once that's set it's set. If that is at all even remotely possible, It would be one of the forum moderators/admins to have access to things like that.
You could try PM'ing someone like Cruiser54, Outlaw Star, or NewKindofClown. They are some of the forum mods/admins. and ask them your questions directly.
Hope that helps.

this forum is kinda like a super center store, it's gonna take awhile for me to get familiar with all the nooks and crannies-- but i'll get a handle on it eventually! thanks for your help!

Can't change the thread title. Once that paste is out of the tube misspelled or not a mod has to change it.

I just checked yours and it looks like it is shy of what you actually posted which was 21. This site has a few issues now and then, but it you posted the same one twice or more the duplicates may have been removed. I don't know if this subtracts or not from your count but it might.

i saw where i might have posted one duplicate (accidentally) yesterday, but it was just one time. if you're seeing 21 posts for me, that's 11 more than what is showing on my browser as i type this. i just didn't know if i was missing a hoop that i needed to jump through... you know, old dog, new tricks.

Are there any plans to be able to post a video thru the site instead of having to go thru places like photobucket, which is no longer available?

I dont think CF really wants to store mass amounts of data Like videos.. It would take to much space.. Plus I dont feel like monitoring members vids making sure they dont post bad no no vids

You can use Youtube and post the link for the vid like this..

Duma to the rescue. What about that post count thing? I never even cared about that because post count is never an indicator of knowledge, well...except in your case maybe. lol
