New to the forum. Just looking around. Interested in buying my first Cherokee (taking a look at one tomorrow; fingers crossed).

I have been visiting in Tehachapi for a bit now, about an hour south of Bakersfield. I've been watching the prices and they sure have gone up in the last few years. Saw a few decent rigs in the Bakersfield Craigslist lately.
