That was just the Jeeps that were stuck in the bog. my Jeep has its fuel pump commit suicide that night on the trail trying to go pull them out.(ended up having to do a pump swap on trail.) And another guy who brought us a chainsaw and a bunch of other stuff ended up getting his YJs front bumper hooked around a small tree. so total we had 6 Jeep stuck.

Yeah and the reason for the small pics, is my friend had to downsize them in order for him to send them to another friends phone, who then uploaded them onto his computer and then Email them too me.

Yeah...I dont think Im gonna try to be the hero about anything, anytime soon, unless I KNOW I can get myself outta my own perdicaments
But 4 JEEPS!!! WOW! That would of really sucked! Luckily enough for me, my Jeep was just a short walk from where I live...bout 5-10 minutes. The only reason I wanted it OUT, was because alot of people go through there, and I didnt want some punk kids makin off, with alll my tools and sh** that I have in my Jeep.
Yeah, we dug for 12 hours minimum. 6 1/2hrs the first night. Didnt get home till 10:30. Frost started growin on everything, and the ground started freezin up. I was like, OH WONDERFUL!

Ya you got er stuck real bad. No problem. I have been there done that. Most of us have. I saw a guy that nothing could get him out except a skid stear. That cost him $500 if I remember right.

We couldnt get the damn water out to see anything. Plus all the sand and whatever had made its way around all my drivetrain components...tore out the grease fitting on my front driveshaft. Half my front axle was totally encased in sand/mud mix...including through the spring, rim and whatever else it could flow through, even the brake disc had **** crudded in it.
And then you still gotta worry bout the damn sunction that junk has.
Im looking at a MileMarker 12,000lb hydraulic winch that has its own seperate 12v pump.
I dont want to get stuck ever again!
And then after that, some ARB air Lockers.
But I work at some **** job. So its gonna take some time to aquire this stuff, so in the mean time I'll unfortunately just stick to the easy stuff.

We weren't. I think we cut down like 6 or 7 trees. Not but ones but stuff like 2-3" in diameter. We needed the wood to put under the tires of the Jeeps for Traction but cutting the trees down was just overboard

But my cars are worth a Hell of alot more then that to me.
Especially my '91 E30 BMW 318i, that Im gonna turn into a Desert Racer with atleast 15 inches of suspension travel. Front suspension is already figured out, its the rear suspension thats gonna be interesting. Im thinking of using its semi-trailing arm setup it has and improving upon that. But Im also gonna have to find some high angle CV shafts that will be able to go from the rear diff to the wheels.
OK, so my job dont suck that bad...I just got expensive hobbies.

the craziest thing I did i think was dig a trench that was like 2 feet deep & 15 feet long...trying to drain the water out of the hole my Jeep was stuck in. Until all the water in the surrounding earth (marsh) filled in the hole I was trying to clear....so we pretty much dug that trench for nothing.
Yeah I hear ya...
