Default Hello and a quick question please

Greetings to everyone! I'm in the process of getting a Cherokee, however this will be my third Jeep. My first Jeep was 87 Cherokee Chief and I also had a 1997 Wrangler TJ, loved them both!
I was wondering if you guys could help me place a value on this Jeep I'm looking at. I have found a 2000 Cherokee Sport with only 70,000miles, with the Selec-Track system. This thing is in excellent condition. The dealership is asking $8000.00, obviously, I think that is a little high. But we all know how crazy dealerships are. Any advice on how to talk them down and what a more realistic value would be. I'm thinking that $6000-6500 out the door is pretty fair. Thank you in advance for all your input. By the way I'm from East Lansing, MI. I look forward to all your responses!

Justin

Welcome

Since I live in the same area as you and understand value around us, I agree offering $6000-6500.

Welcome to the forums.

The KBB is 6450. I would go by that... Maybe try 6000 first...
