Default Hello from PNW. New to XJ's not to Jeeps

Just a quick intro. I have been around wheeling for a long time (old man had a car seat in the 72 Bronco) and currently own a 94 XJ with a few mods. I will be starting another thread for all that fun stuff. Anyway, I'm a 24 y/o Navy guy stationed in Bremerton, WA. This is my second Jeep, first being a 98 ZJ that was very clean with about 110k on the ticker. I did a few tings to it, lift, tires, custom bumpers, ect. But I wanted more and a better platform to do it so I sold it and just picked up my XJ. I look forward to all the knowledge on this forum. I've been a lurker for awhile, and I was pretty active on JeepForum. I hope to learn from everyone here, I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions being an XJ virgin. But, I also hope to contribute as much as I can. I have quite a few custom fab projects in mind, so stay tuned!!

Welcome aboard Thompson. We were in Bremerton a month or so ago picking up a sweet 95 XJ for $1000. I joined this forum about that time as my daughter and I built up the 95 by stitching on limbs and organs we sliced off her old XJ corpse. This forum has been an amazing wealth of knowledge and has kept our project moving along nicely.

Looking forward to seeing your XJ build here.
