Pick my first ever GC up on Friday 27th April, a 2004, 2.7 CRD Overland with 79k on the clock

Having had front wheel drive GM cars for many years, the time has come for something man enough (and cheap enough) to tow our two ton, 21' boat and trailer. First we looked at 2.7 Ssangyong Rextons, 2.4 gas Santa Fe's, and old ML's. Then suddenly discovered the GC also uses the 2.7 oil burner lump - result.
Guys, I have sooo many questions and, like other forums I'm on (UK & American), I think I know how to use the search button before posting
