Greetings from Juneau, Alaska! I'm the proud owner of a 1990 Jeep Comanche. She's got many issues, and being mostly ignorant of car repair, in the weeks since buying her I have found myself referring to this forum many times. So, I figure why not sign up? Seems like a great group of people with a lot of insight and experience to draw on while I learn the ins and outs of fixing up a Jeep. I helped my stepdad a lot with his CJ-5 and his 92' Cherokee, so I at least grasp the fundamentals, but I have rarely gone under the hood myself. Until I bought Rusty, that is.

Anybody here from Juneau? Or my hometown of Portland, Oregon?
