Hey everyone,
Name is Joseph, live in Tunkhannock P.A and just got a jeep 2 weeks ago,
Now I'm a car person so this is the first Jeep I've ever owned.

I do have some questions so I figured I came to the right site :]





There she is, she needs some clear coat and some rust fixed but nothing too bad,

The one thing I'm stuck on is a squeal that comes from up front. Sounds like its the belt. It seems to only happen when you start it for a few seconds then it gets quite, and sometimes if you give it some decent gas it will squeal as well, I was thinking maybe its because some coolant sprayed all over due to a leak in the over flow house but any suggestions would help :]

 

Hey Joseph, Welcome to CF. That could just be a loose/worn belt. Check it with the engine off.

Thanks, I'll take more pics later but most the clear coat is coming off the hood and few rust spots, she needs a little elbow greese and this summer hopefully I'll get a lot done
