Hello to everyone
I just recently purchased my first jeep. It's an 89 cherokee 4x4, 4.0 efi. I love it!
Need to get it smoged. Are all of the dash indicator lights supposed to light with the ignition in the "on" position? Only my brake light indicatior turns on, and yes, all of the bulbs work.
Oh, what is that little yellow box under the dash for? I unplugged it and there was no change to the jeep.
The motor has a very low idle(500rpm) and is not so steady. I gave it the usual tune up: oil+filter, air filter, plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and coil. It has around 202,000miles on it. Any suggestions on what else I can do?
