Greetings from West Texas
Hello All,
New member here and proud owner of a new Trailhawk in deep cherry red pearlcoat that I adopted and drove home Wednesday. Haven't done much with it since, but will be washing it tomorrow since it stormed about 24 hours after I put it in the driveway. First Jeep I've ever owned and only second MOPAR vehicle in 40 years of driving (1985 Dodge Shelby Charger in 1985). Really wasn't planning on adopting it, but 2015 4Runner (sacrilege here I know) was a total loss after person decided they didn't have to stop when their light was red. Curtain airbags FTW. After scouring various new models, the $6k of discounts was just too much to pass up. I'm looking forward to learning the ins and outs of the Cherokee Trailhawk and it's the first personal 4x4 I've ever driven. It appears my new ride started it's build in February 2017 and was completed 02-23 at 0800 (hope those mid-shifters were paying attention at end of their shift!). I'll be mainly lurking, but I'm sure once I get a little familiar with the new ride, I'll be asking some questions...glad to be here!
