Got a project
I've been "working" on this project for 6+ years and I'm finally starting to get to the real work.
I've got a 97 cherokee country 2wd auto that I am converting to a 4wd manual. The Jeep was given to me with a blown motor. I purchased a transfer case, 2 axles and a used motor a few years ago. Over the weekend I purchased the transmission and all the accessories and another transfer case. Just realized I forgot to get the bracket for the transfer case linkage that is under the jeep.
I plan on stroking the motor and rebuilding the transmission and transfer case.
Now that I have all the major parts it's time for me to get to work.

I'm looking forward to getting into the technical aspects of this and sharing my progress. This forum looks pretty active so hopefully what I am doing can help others and I know I will need my fair share of help as well.
I'll start a build thread as soon as I get started.
