Hey all. New to the group so I thought I'd hop on here and say hello.
Just bought a 2000 sport that is in showroom condition. Yes, I paid the price for the condition, but not too bad. Has 97000 miles on it but it looks like it's brand new. It was well taken care of by a county agency and sold to a guy who showed it a lot of respect. Right now it is sitting in a shipping container waiting for me to pick it up. Anyway, it's my first XJ so I'll be surfing the site a lot, I'm sure.
The jeep is currently bone stock, but not for long. I have a pretty much unlimited build budget and plan on making some big changes soon. I'll be hitting you guys up for suggestions and ideas as soon as she gets here. I'll post build pics as I go along. Until then, 73s

Thanks for all of the welcome messages. Yeah, I'm pleased to have it. Unfortunately, I was so excited about the deal, I didn't take the time to determine what axle I have in the back. Crossing my fingers for the 8.25.

Welcome!
