im come to the conclusion my dream ride is a jeep xj, what do you guys think about this deal? do you think the km's are too high?

Doesn't look to bad. In miles that would be 173,983, so it's still got some life left in her if it was cared for.

The price is maybe $500-1000 high.......but some bargaining is all part of the game.

That would probably be listed for the same price around here as well.

Description says make an offer need it gone. Go there with $2,500 cash in hand and score a cool XJ. 2000 is a slightly less desirable year because the heads on the 00-01 are prone to cracking.

i offered 2800, he says not selling for less then 3200.

the heads cracking on the 2000 model, scares me

i like this jeep tho, already lifted, he says no work needs to be done, just had brakes done

I wouldnt let the possibility of the head cracking stop you. I have a 2001 and have had no issues. Before buying take it to a good shop and have them check it over mechanically (which is what I did). Check underneath for rust, roof for rust. Looks like it is in decent shape. Offer him 2950, he can only say no LOL. I paid around 4.5K for mine with 140,000Km on it sitting stock.

If he says "need gone this weekend. Make an offer" and will only come down $300 then tell him to go to terrible things to himself
