Default first time owner for a 98 xj

a few of my friends have lifted vehicles and decided with winter time coming it was time to get a jeep that way i can actually get around more often realized with my car that was lowered wasn't so good to have it as only vehicle. got a 98 xj yesterday and ordered a lift kit already from it. right now currently having two issues from it which hoping to get fixed soon. first issue (isn't a big deal) theres a whistling sound from left side of windshield, the windshield was just recently replaced before i got the jeep so thinking maybe it wasn't sealed properly even though water doesn't leak through. second problem which is worrying me some when car is idling the oil pressure sits around 10-20 but when I'm on the gas even cruising with touch the gas peddle it sits perfectly at 40 put as soon as i release gas peddle it goes back down to around 10-20 again hopefully can figure out what the problem is and fix it myself.

Welcome to CF. That oil pressure reading isn't that uncommon according to some members on here.
