Hey folks, I just bought my first Jeep about a week ago in the Midwest, w00t! I haven't had near enough time to go over it and see what she needs (too much, probably). 2000 Sport completely stock, with just shy of 120k, runs fine-ish, and no damage.

The underside is a little rough, but to my amateur eye not too much more than a 12 year old truck should have. Pics (5 days after purchase):

Plans (immediate):

Repair manuals (Haynes & FSM) :purchased
Full tune up
Fluid changes (everything I can think of)
Fix evertything broken (ha)
Paint stock rims
Bedline/remove trim (haven't decided what to keep)
Manage rust
Under coat

Plans (future):

Interior re-fit (bedline, OHC, seats, audio, perhaps leave carpet out)
3.5" lift (undecided) and new wheels w/ 31s/32s
Front bumper and winch
Rear bumper w/ recovery points
Roof rack

Stoked I joined this site, already learned a lot in the first week of snoopin around. Let me know if I missed anything she needs, and I look forward to the community!

Welcome to the site. Do a good tune up and run the jeep a month, and get rid of that rust.
