Duffy Intro.
Hello all.
Just picked up a 99 WJ. Looking to buy rims, tires and a 4 inch IRO lift.
What I've done so far:
Double Din Conversion
2 10 inch Audiobahn Subs
New battery and car audio battery terminals.
On to pics...
Had to cut out quite a lot of plastic.
This is all I cut out
First test fit
Mounted. Need to buy a bezel, I was going to make one but at this point I would rather spend the $80 on one that looks perfect.
Hopefully within the next month she will get a lift and look alot better. Current outside pic
Thanks guys

Looks good! I love my IRO lift (XJ) Guys with the Grands seem to love them even more. Welcome to Cherokee Forum!

Thanks.
I appreciate it. I have the bezel on order. How hard is the IRO lift to install? I'm coming from the world of imports. I've done motor swaps and also have experience with turbocharging. From the looks of the manual it won't be too bad?

Lifts are generally really easy to do. It really helps to soak all the bolts you will be pulling (depends on what comes with your lift) with PB Blaster/ liquid wrench/ wd40 rust penetrator for a few days before you start. Bolts on the bottom (control arms and the like) tend to rust allot. Other than that, heat up any bolts that give you a hard time with a propane/mapp torch and you'll be good to go!
