hey everyone my names justin from the good ole VA. just picked up a 95 jeep cherokee yesterday. its the first vehicle i have bought outside of DSMs. the jeep is completely bone stock with the 318. i will post up pictures later. i am a newb to these vehicles but i know my way around a motor. guess i have to if im to own a DSM as well. but just wanted to say hey everyone and hope to meet a few people.

I had a 93 GSX that I modded pretty heavily. Made a bit over 500whp at 31lbs. My best time was 11.03@135 with a 1.6 second 60' time.

 

nice i love the 1st gens. i got a 97 gst with a few bolt ons even still got the original 7 bolt with 170k. havent had a chance to take it to the track yet..... but this jeep is almost foreign to me. the one thing i cant stand is the all time 4wd though

Hello everyone. Just picked up a 1989 XJ pioneer for a project for my 9 year old son and I. Ive been a master auto tech for 28 years in the central florida area. Started out with muscle cars and ventured into RWD imports in the mid 90s. Mostly Nissan and Toyotas-Lexus. Very versed the swap scene and performance here in Orlando. Decided to build a off road mobile for me and my son. It should be fun!

I can imagine. In the Eclipse AWD was really nice, but in the Jeep its nice to have 2wd.

I'm guessing fuel economy suffers.

95 gst - running 20g turbo with supporting mods

91 tsi - stock except for evo 16g and Wally 255

 

Nice didn't think so many dsmers drive jeeps..... But then again we need haulers lol
