Hey Everybody just another Newbie from Ohio checking in. seems like there's a lot of Ohio/Cincinnati guys on here! 100% New to Jeeps and offroading. I've been a speed, cornering and horsepower freak up to this point, everything from old school hot rods, to turbo Tuners to go-fast boats. but then my brother in law took me wheeling in his TJ and it planted a seed and well, here I am. I somehow developed a soft spot for XJ's and been trolling the site ever since trying to learn everything I can about lifts, tires, driveline, etc. after months of just casually cruising craigslist I finally gave in to temptation and pulled the trigger last week on this one:
1997 with 31's on a 3 in Rough Country lift in the rare Bright Jade Satin Metallic with 144k on the clock. the condition and price were just too good to pass up. can't wait to get her off the road and see what she can do.
