Hi all! Just picked up a green 1999 Cherokee with 95K miles. 4.0L, 5 speed, 4X4, 4 dr. Overall in really good condition. SE (base?) model, currently looks like a mail carrier or DNR Jeep. I've already installed a stereo, fixed some leaking rear brake cylinders. Will need to replace the exhaust, and then it's on to the lift and tires/wheels. Not planning on any serious wheeling, so I'll keep it mild (2" to 3" lift, 30" tires?). Previously owned a 2006 TJ/LJ, but sold it for a Mustang convertible. The Cherokee makes more sense for me, mainly a weekend truck for me and the dogs to get lost or haul drums to gigs. Gotta hit the Forum for all the great expertise you guys possess. Thanks!!
