How's everybody doin?
Been lurking here for the last week, decided it was time to introduce myself. On Thursday, I'll be picking up an 01 GC Laredo with 161k on the clock, bone stock, and in great shape. It's a florida jeep, so I'm not worried about rust. From what I can tell, it has the all time 4wd. Plans for this WJ is to lift it 3" and stick some 31's on it eventually. Maybe later on work up to some 33's with trimming and a spring spacer or something, and a rear locker if I can find a rear 8.8 or 8.25 for the right price. Money is tight, so it will be a while. If I could sell the wife and kids, I would.
It's only going to be used for some mild trails, hunting, camping and of course, DD. Once I get it home, I'll get some pictures. First thing though, taking off the mud flaps. Hate those ugly things.

Picked it up today, and it's in very good condition. Inside is almost perfect, outside, the paint looks pretty good for an 01. Everything works, and cruised at 75 perfect. No random squeaks and rattles. Even has the 8.25 rear. Tested out all 4x4 modes in a gravel parking lot, and felt like it should. For 161k miles and 5k out the door, couldn't be happier. I'll start a build thread tomorrow. Just be warned, it's going to be slow.
