99 Cherokee Sport Limited and already need help on it!

Default 99 Cherokee Sport Limited and already need help on it!

Sup everyone I traded my 300zx for my 99 cherokee sport limited like two days ago! I need some help on it already, its got 250000 miles on it, what kinda oil and filter should i run it on?

Oh and I also need help on how to drain the radiator cause its filthy

10w 30 6 quarts with filter (dont buy fram) theres a drain on the bottom of the rad like a little valve drivers side i think. or just remove lower hose. may wanna replace them anyway. do some searching on here or google probab;ly going to wanna flush out the heater core as well http://youtu.be/CiXSFl_RJpE

Even with the high mileage just use normal oil? And what brand would you recommend for oil and filter?
Thanks on the radiator info

i have 310,000 on mine and i use mobil one and there filter also but thats expensive, so look for the sales at walmart. pennzoil,quakerstate it dosent really matter as i mentioned stay away from fram filters, wix are good or napa brand you can always ask someone in automotive department to help you. depending on youre driving you wanna change it in the 4000 to 6000 mile range (lots of people say 3000 miles but its a waste of money) if you ever want to confirm that, send an oil sample to a lab for analysis
