I've owned my XJ for about 4 years now.
I also have a 87 MJ.. spent the last 20 years as a hunting truck.. then my dad gave it to me after my accident.
I bought it from a friend who took it to a repair shop and charged him and outragious bill. Also saying that the was losing compression and needs a new motor.
I paid 367.00 for it and all it needed was a fuel pump. Not bad right?! i think so =)
I got a 3 inch lift and 31 inch mud sports
Im saving up for a 5.5 Rubicon Express Extreme duty long arm kit w/ 33" BFG K2M

New here myself.

Big fan of those jeeps though, I have owned quite a few 2dr xj's, havent got my hands on a decent mj yet though.

Post some picks up when you get that re5.5 and 33's though!

 

the MJ is in great shape now, when my dad owned it he kept it all up to date and has synthetic everything, the only thing that was jacked up was the body, but i fix that just need to be painted. it still has the original 4.0 I6 with 230K on the ticker ans still running like a champ!

As far as the RE Long arm and the 33"s go, It will be a long time before actually get it unless i join the military Right now making min wage isnt giving me much room to save for a lift & tires. lol
