Default 1998 Cherokee Build DD

Okay, new to the cherokee Forums, used to be on the manche forums but my XJ is my pride and joy. I am only 17 so keep that in mind. The jeep was bought in 2009 bone stock for around 2k and since then it has gone thru many changes and its getting close to my idea of perfect. Here is the build list so far:

Upcoming:
Hanneman Front Fenders
JKS Acos Adjustiable coild spacers and Bump Stops

Past:
33" BFG All Terrains
15x8 Black Rock Type D
31'' BFG Mud Terrains
17x7.5 Wrangler Rubicon Rims

The jeep was always a CA vehicle so it is rustless and I try to keep it clean, but it is NOT a mall crawler. I go out weekly to nearby trails and its got its fair share of mud stuck to the undercarriage. Thanks for looking, feel free to ask question and leave comments I'd like to hear your opinions. I am putting together the hundreds of photos for you all to see.

It has the black 17x9 rims on it now, the rubicons are gone as of last week.

Welcome. Word of advice, especially on 5 inches of lift, get rid of that transfer case drop and install a sye. You will save yourself a lot of headache in the long run. Ask me how I know

I am having trouble posting pics, any advice? and in the meantime, the link at the bottom of the first post is full of pics. Keep in mind its on the 35s now, not the rubi rims! Thanks all!

Anyone got any tips regarding installation of a new crank pulley? My stock ones' ruber finally rotted away and it throws the belt everytime I start it up. New one is in the mail.

Considering I am a student and going to college next spring. I want to hear if you guys think I should keep this XJ or potentially sell it and build an MJ I have sitting around. And if I was to sell it what would you guys think is a fair price considering the parts list? Any input is appreciated. Not posting in classifieds cause its not officially for sale.

Default New Upgrades

So, I finally got my Mcneil Racing fenders and installed them. They look great, function great, install wasnt super smooth and neither was the customer service. But overall happy with the end product. Would recommend the physical product, not the company. But check it out! ask any questions as well.

Keep in mind those are 35x13.5 i am tucking. Also extended brake lines going in this next week hopefully. Just waiting on postal.
