Default 1994 Laredo Owner beginner in need of help

I purchased a stock 1994 laredo a few months ago from a family friend: V8 5.2L with 100k miles on it and I'm absolutely obsessed. I'm a newbie to the Jeep world and was considering a book to read to learn some of the ins and outs before I decide to jump in and add any mods to it. I found a book on amazon for Cherokee XJs and was wondering if I could benefit from this book too even though I have a Laredo. Like I said I'm a newb. any advice would help. thanks all

Well welcome to the site, just start looking at the jeep and cleaning it and inspecting it and you will learn what stuff is supposed to look like and where its at. Just get a feel for it

If your '94 Laredo came with a V8 it's a ZJ, not an XJ. So if you do get a manual get it for the correct vehicle.

Welcome to CF, get the XJ book, that way your ready when you get your first XJ.....jk..would be best to have a manual that's written for what you have.
