Default 1990 XJ (126k Original Miles)

Hey all! This is my 1990 Jeep XJ that is fully original (except the lift and rims of course haha)

This Jeep has been in my family since the mid-90s, and I was very fortunate for it to be passed down to me. I’m almost 17 and this was my first Jeep. This Jeep has some history to it and it goes back a long Time.

thanks for looking!

It's good and enjoyable to see that. Thank you for sharing.

You've got a highly desirable Cherokee. Cherokees in that condition with that milage are unobtainable. The last time I saw an equal to it was over twenty years ago.
It's dollar value is only going up. More If you maintain it's condition.

It's a survivor and a family heirloom.
My advice is don't ever sell it.
You'll never find another one in like condition and milage. It can't be replaced it for what you would get for it if you did.

Give you some more advice?
Between now and the next time you take it to the show, think about collecting a few family stories about it and consider borrowing family photos with it in them to display along with your Cherokee.

Original and reprint brochures are cheap enough on the usual sites and help round out the car your showing.
Would you like to play some Cherokee commercials and videos on a laptop the time you show it ?
There are a few factory Jeep Cherokee commercials Here

Thank you sir! This is never going away, and I am super proud of it.

So funny enough, I have the stock service manual and I had picked up the “Jeep Book” brochure at a car show a year or so ago. I’d definitely be searching for more stuff, though!

Those are good finds. The FSM is worth its weight in gold and bandaids for the hassles you'll save with it.
