and also how exactly are those mounted? i mean they arnt just welded to the face are they?

 

truthfully i have no idea what the PO did there is a plate welded inside and those are welded to the plate it was made to hold something what they held with it i have no clue haha. its not really worth anything i wouldnt trust it haha
