I have the following for sale:

1998 Cloth Dark Grey ZJ Driver and Pass Seats (no rails) $180 shipped disassembled
Low back with adjustable head rests. Includes matching plastic door-side covers. No damage to seat frames. Both seat covers have no holes or rips. The driver side has two areas where the fabric is hard, like the outer fabric melted a bit. These are not holes, however. The driver seat bottom foam is from a passenger seat of the same design and I cut up an aftermarket seat pad and stuffed it in place. I suggest removing the aftermarket seat pad, but the seat is fine to use with or without it.

1998 Cloth Light Grey XJ Classic Passenger Seat (no rails) $80 shipped (disassembled)
Low-back with adjustable headrest. Includes plastic side cover. No seat belt latche included. I was going to reupholster these classic seats with a leather kit from leatherseats.com or autoseatskins.com. The passenger seat is in great shape except for the cloth cover. It's discolored from i-don't-want-to-know-what. The foam and seat frame are excellent.

1998 XJ Classic Driver Seat (all parts, but no seat cover) $70 shipped (disassembled)
Low-back with adjustable headrest. Includes plastic side cover. No seat belt latche included. Same story as the passenger seat. I was going to reupholster it. This seat includes the good condition bottom foam from my 2000 and the seat back from a 98 classic. The seat frame has a small crack near one of the mounting holes. See the photo. I believe it can be reinforced, but I don't have instructions.

2000 Cloth Grey XJ Sport Passenger Seat (no rails) $85 shipped (disassembled)
No issues to speak of regarding the seat or frame. This is a used seat from my XJ. It doesn't have any major stains but may have some discoloration depending on the light one looks at it. I cleaned it but did not remove the fabric for a deep clean.

Fully functional. I'll clean the exposed parts before shipping.

My thoughts on the ZJ seats... they are too short for me (6') and while they fit, I feel like they are a bit closer to the tunnel than the door. The doorside plastic rubs against the b-pillar trim (only noticable when I took them off and saw the evidence).

The seats cost around $40 each to ship and I'll have to come up with boxes, otherwise the prices would be a lot lower. If someone wants to pick them up, let me know. We can work something out. It would be nice to not have to disassemble and ship them.

Do the 2000 XJ seats have a tears or creases on the sides?

No rips or tears in any of the seats. The only 'creases' would be in the driver seat from the ZJ. The cover looks like a house sat on it, but cushion has been replaced. Also, the ZJ seats are 100% fabric, so there isn't any vinyl to crack.

I only have the passenger 2000 XJ seat. I fixed the post so it's clearer.

The ZJ seats are direct bolt in to 97-01 XJs. To be clearer, all of these seats are direct fit into 97-01 XJs by using stock seat rails.

In sum:
