Hey,
I'm curious. Are you the same guy(s) as the http://www.jeepsuperchargers.com/Hom...erchargers.php guys? I notice you have all the same pics, instructions, prices, parts, etc.
if so, i bought a kit from you and I need some help with the vac/boost lines, as the instructions are very lacking.
I see it says you are in PA, but the location says AL? Are you in PA or not? if so, where? maybe I can bring it to you to help finish it off. There are several issues with this setup that I'm trying to work the kinks out with.

That is not me.
My site is different.
Hopefully Brice, who sold you the kit can help you.
If you are still having problems, my son or I can get you all fixed up.
I wish you would have contacted me first.
If anyone is interested in this M62/90 supercharger kit, contact me.
I sell the kits and help you thru the whole install process and any problems.
I own 4 XJs, 2 with superchargers, one turbodiesel and one to be soon supercharged. Currently building a forged 4.0L with all the goodies.
We live, breath, eat Jeep XJs. We do this for the sport and not the money.
Just ask the other guys how many XJs do they have?
Marty

1 day.
Best to start Friday night, wash engine, remove engine parts. Saturday install and double check everything, Sunday enjoy and recheck everything.
Somethings get in the way- want to paint something, want to redo something, want to add headers, motor mounts, etc.
Works fine out of the box. Better with 62mm bored throttle body, cowl CAI, new spark plugs, new O2 sensors, Mobil 1 Synthetic, headers, 2.5" cat back exhaust, 1.7;1 Harland Sharp Roller rockers, smaller SC pulley.

Thanks....Now I've been looking at hood / scoops to see what options are out there to try to keep my sleeper xj build looking stock....
The xj has 62 mm throttle body, ceramic coated header, new motor mounts, plugs, wires, coil, njevtor upgrade, flex a lite aluminum radiator kit with electric fans, hi flow water pump, thermostat, housing, full exhaust header back, all new sensors, etc....
or go for it on my yj...
It has a 62 mm throttle body, matched 62 mm ceramic coated that intake, bored, ported, polished, balanced 4.6 with ceramic coated banks header, terra yella roller rockers, new plugs, sensors, full exhaust, hi flow water pump, oil pump, motor mounts, coil, wires, aluminum radiator with electric fans, larger oil pan...just about any mod that could be done from front to rear...
But no superchargers I may need two....
I better block this post or it may cost me some lunch money...

The XJ side mount kit fits under the stock uncut hood. No scoop required. Totally stelth/sleeper.
Both your XJ and YJ would be perfect for the SC kit.
You think your stroker has more power than your 4.0. Wait until the superchargers. Your 4.0 will have more power then your stroker and your stroker will be that much more again and rival V8s.
Your YJ might need a '97+ (log or curved) intake manifold and 3 bolt power steering pump and tensioner idler bracket.
Does your YJ ECU have 3 plugs or 1 large plug?
