FS[GreatLakes]: bike roof rack

I have a Performance Bike roof rack. I had it on my '96 2dr for one summer. Currently it will not fit my '98 because of the factory roof rack.
The roof rack has been in storage sine I took it off. The rubber pads are not dried out. The rack will hold three bikes. When I bought it Yakima and Thule accessories would fit. I have the keys and the locks work fine.
I'm asking $200 OBO. I do not have a PayPal account but I could if you are interested. I would like to sell local but will consider everyone's interest.
