The cupholder, console latch, and tire cover will all work on a '94 XJ. The spare tire mount is an after factory 'universal' item. I'm not sure how you're planning to use it, but I wouldn't recommend attaching it to your hatch. The pre-'97 hatches are fiberglass (or some kind of plastic, not metal) and I don't know how well it would stand up to the weight of a spare tire. It might work, I just don't know.

Shipping on all 4 items is $20. But I'll knock a few bucks off and make the total $65 shipped. If you decide you don't want the spare tire mount, shipping on the other 3 items is $12.
