Yup that's what it is. Someone cut off the lower bars on the wings tho. I think it looks better that way especially if you cut and fold. I have the cut pieces tho if anyone wanted to re weld them.

I have the brackets. Rest of the bumper? It has the ends bolted on but the lower bar was cut off of them, I have the cut pieces that can be put back on but I think it worked better cut with a cut and fold this way.
