Warn Recovery Winch - Project

I have a "Bad to the Bone" Warn 8500LB. Big Spool Recovery Winch, that needs a new electric Motor (on Ebay for $85.00-$110.00) ...It's off a Flat. Bed Tow Truck..Very Tough, Heavy Duty winch. Base mounts (wide spool) are too wide for my bumper & it sits to deep..hits my grill..Will need Rope or Wire..This model Warn is pretty pricey..I'll take $395.00 + Shipping to lower 48 only (please no Canada)..It's heavy so figure that in shipping costs before buying..
