Installed on a 97+ Jeep Cherokee XJ, finished with black rustoleum. A slight bend applied to the top-left of the mount to fit around the lip below the back hatch gasket.

I have up for sale a plethora of Stainless Steel driver and passenger side CB antenna mounts that bolt right up to the XJ using the factory bolts.

I have offered these up for sale for years to great success, and I am now in possession of the last batch I will be make before retiring from the sheet metal shop. So once they are gone, they are gone. I have several dozen of each side remaining.

Because I use Stainless Steel in these mounts' construction, they will not rust or corrode. A lot of competing mounts use regular raw steel. You can paint them, but eventually the moisture will get in there and cause some problems. Not with mine. Use mine raw or painted, they won't rust. Not for a long time (probably as long as you'll live).

I recommend nothing longer than a 3-foot fiberglass antenna, as the additional weight of longer antennas can result in unacceptable swaying of the mount and strain on the bolt that holds your tail light. 3-foot is a sweet spot that isn't too heavy and that doesn't produce too much drag. I also recommend an antenna spring in case it takes a beating on the trails.

Despite the increasing cost of material and shipping over the years, I've managed to keep my price the same as it was 10 years ago. $32 shipped. DM me with interest and a shipping address and I'll send you the invoice.
