I have a factory original bumper for 1997-2001 models of Jeep Cherokee / XJ. This bumper came off of a '98 Sport. The end caps' factory fog light holes were widened by the previous owner for larger lights. They aren't in the greatest condition but it's all there.

The bumper itself is solid -- could just use a good paint. $50 takes it all. I can probably ship if you're willing to pay the shipping for it, but prefer local pickup. Craigslist ad for reference:
