784 Injectors
I am new to this forum. I have a question that I can't seem to get answered. I'm going to be doing the injector upgrade here in a month or so. Is there anyone out there that can tell me if the fuel mileage improves and if so how little or big? Thanks in advance for any help

Hello. This isn't my thread but I'll jump in. Generally speaking the injector swap is more of a performance upgrade. You are still supplying the engine with the same amount of fuel it is just being delivered in a more efficient manner. A mist instead of a stream. So the combustion is better. As a result you get a quicker acceleration, smoother idle and quicker starts. Some people notice a slight increase in gas mileage but that is usually because they replaced old poorly performing injectors with ones that have been cleaned and rebuilt.

Do you have for the 99 Xj's yet? Please let me know as soon as you get them in. I want to do this upgrade soon. I'm going to the junkyard in about a month or two but if you get them sooner I'd rather save the time and get them directly from you.

Got my injectors in the mail only a few days after I ordered. Haven't had a chance to install them but them but you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference between these and brand new injectors. They were spotless, can't wait to get them installed.
