would that gear ratio work well with my stock 31's or best if I have 32-33" MTs

 

Really, 4.88.would be best for 35's

 

I was going to run that with my 33" claws. It's really preference. 4.88 is supposed to make 35 tires feel like stock. If you run 33s, then you'll just have a little extra low end power which is not bad. Really the only downside is that your rpms will be slightly higher on the highway. There's a bunch of threads about it if you want to check them out. 4.88 may be a little too much for 31s however
