This jeep has served me well but it needs to go into retirement and be someones project, play jeep. $800 obo. I have recently put a good deal of work into this jeep. It came with a 2 in lift when I bought it. It was a toad for a number of years with the first owners. I believe I am the 3rd owner. Since then I have had a new front differential built and put in, the fuel line and everything was replaced about 4 years ago. Last spring my family put in a new radiator and a new head gasket, and cleaned out the neutral safety switch. July I had a new water pump and thermostat put in and I had them tested this month. Coolant system checked out as well. We put in a new starter this winter. New rotor and distributor cap and oil sending unit this winter as well.

Unfortunately the jeep was broken into this march and they damaged the steering column trying to steal the car. It still has head, tail, and brakelights but everything else is messed up. They broke in through the small drivers side window and we did a temp fix with Plexiglas which works great and will last however long you need it until you fix the window. So I was trying to get the steering column controls fixed so i could move it to oklahoma, and that is when I found out the really bad news. I had them try a transmission flush because the slipping had gotten worse and essentially the transmission disintegrated. I will have a quote this week on what exactly it would run to replace.
It has 244,000 miles and some change but not a good chunk of the first miles was just being towed. I hope this jeep will make someone the perfect project jeep.

It's in Los Alamos, NM. I have AAA so I can have it towed up to 100mi.
