Talking Built '97 XJ Sport 4x4 - Manual Trans

Parting ways with my '97 XJ, has been a great, reliable car and build process for the past 4+ years I have had it. I have some other things going on in my life and am just thinking of moving on from the XJ (Santa's Sleigh It's a sad moment for me as I have poured love and time into this build and the XJ has given it in return. Have never been stranded or had any major mechanical issues in my time with it. ALL the parts around the motor are new and everything was done with top-of-the-line parts. Has ~175K miles, pic of odometer below and these in-line 6 are known to run 300,000 miles if you just keep up with the basic maintenance. For age that is average of ~8,300 a year.

'97 is the best year for modern update but before EPA regulation brought down the performance of the 4.0 I6. Manual Transmission Sport is super rare and hard to find. Dana 30 Front/Chrysler 8.25 Rear. Power Everything, Cruise Control Works, AC Blows Cold/Heat Hot, Interior is in fantastic shape, Drives 75+ on the highway all day long, NO Death Wobble Whatsoever. Couple typical 21 year old Jeep things:Few Dents and Dings (no bare paints), head-liner is starting to sag down off foam.

Still have following parts to go on:
Rustys 4.5" Lift Springs Front (Sitting on 3" blocks in front currently, rear is full new springs 4.5")
Tera Flex Quick Disconnects Front Swaybar
Front Bilstein 5100 Series shocks (little longer for bigger Springs above) currently also on Bilstein in the Front
Front Frame Mount Tow Hooks
Rusty's rear lift shackles to bring lift back to 3" after adding all the metal bumpers/swing out gate/winch stuff (new leaf springs are 3.5" lift)
Extra HAWK LTS brake pads + drums (already replaced and these are extra sets included)
Extra interior and exterior LED lights for signals, dash, etc...Also have original bulbs + some original/replacement housings

I am sharing the build sheet below, EVERYTHING IS JUST PARTS, NO LABOR INCLUDED IN COSTS. Everything below is done from 130k miles to now. Clean Blue Texas Title in Hand! Cash is King
