Engine runs strong, but this does need work. It has some codes that can easily be fixed, O2 sensors and an EVAP code. Also safety Neutral switch (have new one and will be included) and a code related to the electric Fan. Also on Steep inclines it makes a knocking grinding sound that could be either the rear diff bearing or the transfer case chain, so that will need to be addressed. The linkage for the 4 wheel drive is rusted out so it is disconnected. Linkage should be replaced to use the 4 wheel drive. Thsi is under $60 to replace. Was just low on my list cuz i dont use the 4 wheel drive. Has some rust on rocker panels. Has some other rust here n there, but low rust for a north east NY XJ. Only a couple months ago the front axle shafts were replaced with TEN factory cro moly ones with Spicer joints. At the same time the front hubs/bearings were replaced. New dust shields on the front brakes as well. Also has new Drag link, steering stabilizer (Rough Country) and tie rods. New sway Bar, Sway Bar links, Sway bar bushings, and knuckles will come with it along with a new Transmission mount and the original taillights, marker lights and antenna. Id love to keep this but my financial situation has changed and i can no longer afford to maintain a 20+ yr old car. Price is OBO. Feel free to message me for more info.
