Does the trailer come with ether a Title or Original manufactures Bill of sale?
I ask because in most states trailers need a title, and even tho some states do not require a title, in all those states one can be obtained, but owners in those states seldom want to bother getting one, even for making a sale out of state.
SO please don't respond telling me it does not need a title. I hate when people tell me that. In my state as well as many others, trailers have to be registered inspected and plated, And in order to register a trailer one needs a title or the original manufactures bill of sale to obtain a title.
