Default Zone lift.. I need some help

I am.. or was installing a 3 inch zone lift with full leafs on my 00 cherokee. I got the front done no problem. No to the rear. I broke the upper shock bolts on drivers side. Could not get to leaf pack out No matter what. So I drove it to the shop. They've been working on it for 6 hours and only got one set of leaf springs out and now the new leaf pack wont line up.. About 1 1/2 inches short. Anyone know what's up with that??? This is going to turn into a fortune and I'm losing my DD if I dont get this resolve. Thanks guys for any help.

Its an issue that RC had/ has. Get the shackles bolted up and as it settles it will not be a problem

I just put the 3" zone lift on my 2000 cherokee a month ago as well. The way that I did it is I bolted the rear hanger first, then my buddy pushed the shackle forward, while I pushed and lined up the leaf in the front and got it lined up. They will go in.
