YJ steering linkage on a XJ??

YJ steering linkage on a XJ??

Has anyone ever put the stock setup from a YJ on to a XJ?? Does it fit? , is it just a bolt on?, and how does it perform?

as far as i am concerned and from what i have seen from the aftermarket their very different hence why rugged ridge has one for yjs and the other is for tj's/xj's/zj's

but think about it yjs are leaf sprung in the front and the steering has to work around that all the others are coil sprung
