Yay.... death wobble!
That was my mistake, I meant to put LCA not LA. a 16" long arm really wouldn't be very long now would it lol.
Anyhow, start with the LCAs and the track bar and you should be good.

Do i need to upgrade the upper control arms as well, or do they not have any affect on the DW??? Just trying to keep it on the cheap for now until i find work again!!

I have been fighting DW for about a year now, my xj was great with a 3.5" lift but when I went to a different 4.5-5" lift DW became a issue. I have almost eliminated it by adjusting the caster angle/pinion angle with some adj. UCAs.
The track bar is usually the first suspect but mine was tight and in good shape so I choose to move it over 3/4" and adjust the driveline/pinion angle which was nowhere near straight. I now have just a little shimmy at 55ish but its not to bad and goes away at 60. Adjusting the caster/pinion angle made the steering much better and the steering wheel will return to center on its own again.
If you cant get adj. UCAs you can make small adjustments to the caster angle by adding/removing shims at the "frame end" of the stock LCAs.
Also I thought you were only supposed to cross rotate bias ply tires. Radials should stay on the same side of the vehicle.
Good luck!

It's probably your track bar, lca's and an alignment...I ran stock arms on 4.5" lift and got death wobble constantly. The track bar is a no brainer and so is the alignment...that being said, I would say track bar 1st, lca's 2nd, alignment 3rd. Your pinion angle will be fine.
